Please join this group if you have weight to lose(we'll be charting in pounds lost). We need to encourage one another, log weekly and stay focused. Sending personal messages to each other will be a great motivator so we can all be successful! This will be a long-term Group Goal because, as we all know, it takes many months to lose a siginificant amount of weight. Let's lose weight the healthy way and try for a pound or two weight loss each week, on average. Keeping a food journal is suggested, to be accountable for everything you eat and drink. Just write it down each day in a notebook an you'll soon see the pounds drop off! Beware birthday parties and holidays: if you are have a bad day, just being again the next day. Dont lose faith!
