Currently I go to the gym 5 days a week for 1.5 - 2 hrs a week.
 
I do the star trac for 300 calories
Treadmill for 100 - 200 calories
 
weight room - bench machine
 
and a few other machines for about 1 hour
 
on a restless day I go twice a day to the gym.

on weekends I play racquetball for about 30 minutes to an hr and by february I hope to be swimming for about 30 minutes 3 -4 times a week.
 
Hopefully it will help. I am trying to eat 3 d times a day but I rarely did before and it is hard. I cut out cakes, cookies, and lots of candy except snickers my weakness. Trying to get it to work I even dropped ice cream.
