Persistence & Self-contro
 | I want to be healthy by losing weight,eating healthy and by exercising 5 days a week. This may be 3 goals but they work together. These other areas are how I plan to achieve the goal. I am low carb dieting and hope to lose the weight while developing a lifestyle of healthy eating by eating only good carbs. I want to exercise 30 minutes five days a week by alternating between cardio and weight lifting. I have been on this diet for a few months and have lost some considerable weight but I have hit plateau. During the thanksgiving and Christmas holidays I am not setting the eating standards as high for each of those days. I am also hoping to increase my activity levels by increasing my bike riding and some hiking. I am also in the middle of a move which may make it difficult to stick with my goals although I am hoping goal setting 1will help me stay on target.
