     Basically, I want one because I think its attractive. I mean I'm not only doing for the ladies, but so I can feel confident. Also, so I can feel a sense of pride knowing I've accomplished something that many people are dying to have. Ummm......I want one, but I dont want to be liked ripped or anything. I just want it to be visible........so I'm guessing I should go for somewhere around 19% body fat?? Let's see to lose bodyfat I would have exercise and eat right. My duties to accomplish this goal is to eat no more than 20 grams of fat a day and to do cardio in the morning before eating. Supposedly, thats when your body will burn mostly fat. I'll be doing little strengh training....instead I'll be doing pilates. As a dancer, I feel pilates would most benefit me in both my dancing, flexibility, and toning. I think I'll get a pilates dvd....the question is which one???
- No more than 20 grams of fat a day
-30 minutes to 1 hour of Cardio 5x a week
- 30 min. Interval Training once a week
- Pilates/Ab Training 3 times a week
