I would like to be 105 pounds for my 5'1" figure, with lean muscle and lots of energy! I'm really not sure but my weight ranges from 118 to 125. I am going to attempt to eat healthy by making the right food choices, using moderation, portion control, and making a schedule, which is the most difficult part for me seeing how I am trying to recover from an eating disorder. I will exercise for atleast 20 min everyday(not including Cheerleading Practice). My goal is to reach 110 by May 7,2006 (Cheerleading Competition) and to be a consistent 107 by Summer time. I've never worn bikini and my reward will be feeling confident and comfortable in a new bikini on the beach at a Luau I'm going to!
