Morning Workout

Today I worked out in the morning, before eating breakfast. I felt naseu, but it was so worth it. My alarm was to wake me at 6:00, but it didn't. So I ended up working out at 6:30. I got back at 6:50, but it almost made me late for skool. Anyway, my workout consisted of one minute intervals of running up and down the stairs. I should be so proud of myself, for even getting up. When I saw that it was 6:30, I was about to say "forget about it". But I went anyway and it wasn't that bad. Yeah, no more body fat!
