AHHH!!

Okay, this is already starting to piss me off! I have been doing pretty good, but I'm a Sucker for mash potatoes! I have stopped eating late & cut out Soda & other super sugar filled items. I have been eating slimfast shakes for breakfast & lunch or when I'm hungery in the evening. I also Am trying to be more active. I went Running/walking with my dog today & as much as I didn't want to go, it felt good when I was done. I rewarded myself by taking her to the lake & laying out for a little while. It's been a fun day. Okay, talk to you soon. I'm gonna weigh myself monday!
